Company History

Founded in 2005, Al Walaa Universal Company (WUC) was built on a simple conviction: that service and retail, when operated with discipline and intent, can shape entire categories. From a single venture, the group has grown into a diversified house of brands rooted in Kuwait and guided by international standards.

The group's foundation lies in the service industry — beauty, wellness, and lifestyle experiences delivered through a network of wellness and beauty institutes across Kuwait. Each location is operated under standardized protocols, trained teams, and a consistent brand promise that has earned the loyalty of a discerning clientele over nearly two decades.

In retail, the group curates and distributes a portfolio of international professional brands — selected for craftsmanship, heritage, and clinical credibility — supplying both its own venues and the wider Kuwaiti market. This vertical integration of service and retail is what allows the group to control quality end-to-end, from sourcing to client experience.

Today, the group spans wellness, beauty, entertainment, and trading — operating multiple spa and beauty destinations for men and women, the Vendome entertainment center (acquired in 2018), Hola Studio, and a growing manufacturing footprint. A portfolio built brand by brand, decision by decision — and engineered to last.
